Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated, except where required by applicable law.
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges.
SwishIPTV reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions or security measures
Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content

7. Service Availability

While we target 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows, server issues, or third-party disruptions may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

8. Content

SwishIPTV provides access to content from various sources. We do not claim ownership of third-party content. Channel availability may change without notice due to licensing or technical factors.

9. Termination

SwishIPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

SwishIPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
